      LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

      Every package is provided with a tracking number that is emailed to you and notifies you and me when it’s delivered. However, if the package is delivered to your address but is missing, you must report the package as lost to USPS. If the package is declared as stolen, you must report the package stolen to your local police department. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

      If your package is lost via the US Postal Service, please let us know and we can launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer.
